As an independent local charity working in Somerset and North Somerset, our ‘Ageing Well’ service is dedicated to promoting the health and wellbeing of older people in our area.

Exercise is vital for older people, not only to improve or maintain all components of fitness but also to reduce the effect of age-related decline, help maintain independent living and reduce isolation. Group exercise offers this valuable social aspect and we are proud to provide over 150 weekly classes covering a range of activities.

We are delighted to offer two exciting opportunities to join our existing team and help us to build on the success of this renowned, well-loved service.
