Salary: £25,740 – £27,452 per annum

We are seeking a Trainer Assessor to join the Work-based learning team for Health, Social Care & Early Years Integrated Professions. The Trainer Assessor role in Leadership and Management is a key role for Bridgwater & Taunton College as the department strengthens and develops links with stakeholders and customers.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the skills required in the development of knowledge and skills practice. The post-holder will have strong industry experience and vocational knowledge, an enthusiastic and adaptable attitude to ensure high quality delivery and success for learners and an understanding of leadership and management inclusive of current practice skills required within a modern day care service.
The post-holder will fully realise the opportunities across the department which includes Health and Social Care from Level 2 to 5. The role will focus on consolidating learning and embedding consistent good practice in core areas, in addition to the development of additional student knowledge and skills within the sector. You will be confident in developing and delivering a curriculum that meets the needs of employers and employees in order to provide quality care for children and young people sectors. You will be quality driven, student focused and enthusiastic in order to deliver bespoke training and assessment to a wide range of sector specific customers.
